if the denominator is really [ln(x)-(x+1)] then denominator approaches minus infinity. Meanwhile numerator approaches zero. L'Hopital requires zero over zero or infinity over infinity. Can you rewrite if you made a mistake.

In agreement with Davy O... as you wrote this equation, you cannot apply L'Hopital's rule properly and get a correct answer.
