(b) g'(x)=R'(x+4), so g'(-3)=R'(-3+4)=R'(1)=18

and

(c) h'(x)=d/dx R(x/5)=(1/5)*R'(x/5) (remember the chain rule!)

So

h'(5)=(1/5)R'(5/5)=R'(1)/5=18/5
