asked 02/17/22Suppose that f(5) = 1, f '(5) = 2, g(5) = −5, and g'(5) = 6. Find the following values. Find (fg)'5 Find (f/g)'5 Find (g/f)'5

The product rule says for f•g, then (f•g)' = f 'g + fg' so (f•g)'(5) = f '(5)•g(5) + f(5)•g'(5) = (2)(-5) + (1)(6) = -4
Do the same thing on the (f/g)'(5) using the quotient rule: for f/g: then (f/g)' = (f 'g - fg')/g2

Review your post for accuracy. Sure of (fg)'(5) or should it be [(f')(g')](5)?02/17/22
