I think Mark M. may have misunderstood the question...or maybe I did.
Anyway f(-3)=-33 and f(4)=-40
The line between P and Q is simply (-40+33)/(4+3)=(y+33)/(x+3) which can be simplified and
"massaged" into any required form, e.g. y=-36-x.
