At noon, ship A is 180 km west of ship B. Ship A is sailing east at 35 km/h and ship B is sailing north at 25 km/h. How fast (in km/hr) is the distance between the ships changing at 4:00 p.m.? (Round your answer to three decimal places.)

If you check out my video for the other related rates question you posted, these are basically the same problem with different units...

DRAW the right triangle represented and use the same a² + b² = c² as the equation to be implicitly differentiated.

This problem is much simpler because both ships start at the same time = noon is when t = 0

At 4:00 p.m., four hours have passed, so t=4
