hey Byanca, was looking over problem again and noticed y-axis is meant to be compressed by 1/93 not 93. so given that requirement, the answer will be [g(x)+3]/[1/93]=abs(x+98),
or g(x)={1/93)[abs(x+98)]-3

g(x)=update,,correction g(x)=1/93*abs(x+98)-3, when x= -98 the value is -3 so we are left 98 and down 3. Yay. 1/93 can be thought of as dividing g(x), compressing y axis. same as multiplying original fuction by 1/93.11/06/21

How would the answer be written if |x| was written as abs(x) ?11/06/21
