a) Use implicit differentiation to find dy/dx

b) Find the equation of the tangent line at ( -2 , 4)

12x² + 2y(dy/dx) = 7

dy/dx=(7-12x²)/2y

at (-2,4) dy/dx=(7-24)/8

the equation of the tangent line is -17/8 = (y-4)/(x+2)
