If the height of the pile is increasing at a rate of 2 inches per minute, how fast is the volume of the pile increasing when the height is 4 inches?

Tom Turkey was pleased to see his grain falling into a conical pile in the barnyard. Being the astute calculus turkey that he is, Tom noticed that the diameter of the base of the pile was always three times the height.
