This problem is a bit confusing. I first answered as if this were a deck of playing cards but then I noticed that perhaps I was supposed to consider the cards as just 4, 5, 6, and 7.
If that is the case, then the probability of first drawing a 4 is 1/4 because there is one 4 and four total cards.
The probability of drawing a number greater than 5 is 2/4 (or 1/2) because there are two cards bigger than 5 and there are still four total cards.
So the probability of both events happening is 1/4 • 1/2 = 1/8 = 0.125 = 12.5%
