You don't list the values of "w" so we can't answer your question directly but all you need to do is plug the value in for "w" and see if the result is a true statement.
For instance, let's say one of the values is w = 5
-33 > -4w - 1
-33 > -4(5) - 1
-33 > -20 - 1
-33 > -21 False so w = 5 is NOT a solution
Another example, let's say one of the values is w = 10
-33 > -4w - 1
-33 > -4(10) - 1
-33 > -40 - 1
-33 > -41 True so w = 10 IS a solution
