How to convert complex numbers to polar form.

z=4e^(i1.7)

Write the following numbers in polar form reiθ, 0≤θ<2π:

a) z¯

r=

θ=

b) 1/z

r=

θ=

So, I have r for both of these (4 and .25). I need the angles. I thought b) would be -1.7, but that was wrong. For a, I know the bar above the z means conjugate, but I don't know how to take the conjugate of z, or how I would use that to find the angle.
