The distance from the center of the pool to the tank wall is the radius of the tank and is equal to 10 ft. The length of the wall of the circular tank would be its circumference (C = 2πr). Since you have the radius, you can solve for the circumference as
C = 2π(10 ft.) = 20π ft. ≈ 62.832 ft.
