Find the volume of the parallelepiped determined by the vectors a=⟨2,5,−1⟩, b=⟨0,2,3⟩, c=⟨2,3,1⟩.

Finding the volume of a parallelepiped is one of those typical things you see in a vector calculus or linear algebra class. This entails taking the scalar triple product of the three vectors. That is, for vectors a, b, and c, you would evaluate |(a x b) * c| where * is the dot product. I noticed that you've posted a number of questions pertaining to dot products and cross products. Are there any general questions you have about how these work? Perhaps you can schedule a session in order to deepen your understanding of these topics so that your assignments and tests go quicker and you don't have to wait so long for tutors to solve the problems here.
