-3/10 = -5x-10
5x =-10 +3/10 = -9.7
x = -9.7 is the x coordinate of the point where the two inequalities intersect
(-9.7, -1.94) is the vertex of an angle formed by 2 lines, y=-3/10 and y= -5x-10
creating a triangular shaped area that satisfies both inequalities
y=-3/10 is a flat horizontal line just below the x axis
y=-5x-10 is a fairly steep downward sloping line . Below that line and above the line y=-1/3 is the solution set
