I can't tell from the typeset, but I am assuming that the denominator here is sqrt(x^2 + 1). In that case, x^2 + 1 will never be equal to or less than 0. If neither the radical nor the denominator is less than or equal to 0, then there are no other possibilities that would limit the domain. The domain of this function is therefore all real numbers (-inf, +inf)
