Let's say that Elaine got her ticket first. Since there are 50 tickets, there would be a 1 in 50 chance of Elaine getting ticket number 7. Then Aryan gets her ticket. There are 49 tickets left, so there would be a 1 in 49 chance of Aryan getting a ticket. Thus the probability of both these events occurring is 1/50 * 1/49
