The students can be chosen in C (25, 3) ways

If 2 students participate in extra curricular activities students can be chosen in C (11,2) x C (25,1) ways

If 3 do, students can be chosen in C (11,3) ways

So required probability is [ C(11,2) x C(25,1) + C(11,3) ] / C (25,3)
