Ap Statistics Question

Mr. Sprocket is a frugal businessman who commissioned a manufacturing plant to produce gears for his latest venture. Mr. Sprocket wants the gears to have a diameter of 3.6 cm. However, Mr. Sprocket thinks the manufacturing plant is making the gears the wrong size. So, he decides to obtain a random sample of 100 gears and runs a 1 Sample Mean Hypothesis Test to test his theory. He calculates his test statistic to be 3.9cm and determines the P-value of his test statistic to be 0.0006.
