derivative f'(x) = (1/2)x^(-1/2)
the slope of the secant line is (5-0)/(25-0) = 5/25 = 1/5
MVT says there exists c in [0,25] such that f'(c) = 1/5
(1/2) c^(-1/2) = 1/5
5 c^(-1/2) = 2
c^(-1/2) = 2/5
1 = (2/5) c^(1/2)
5/2 = c^(1/2)
25/4 = c
