Hi Ash,
I would suggest starting by plotting the two points given and finding the slope of the line that passes through these points. Remember that slope is (rise/run) or (change in y/change in x).
Taking the reciprocal of that slope and changing the sign will give the slope of the perpendicular line.
There should be another piece of information given for your perpendicular line, such as a y-intercept or other point, so that you can write the equation of the line in slope-intercept form.
