Probability of winning is 1/300 for the first and 10/3000 for the second which are the same
If you buy a fixed number of tickets probability of losing increases as the number of outcomes increases
but if the number of tickets bought is proportional to the number of outcomes (as here) the probability of losing is constand, independent of the number of outcomes
