They gave you the first zero, the factor for this zero would be (x-1)
Use synthetic division with the given zero
1 | 1 3 9 -13
1 4 13
1 4 13 0
The polynomial that remains using the synthetic division results is x2+4x+13
If this were factorable, you could factor it. It isn't. You have to use the quadratic equation to get the zeros and the zero to find the factors.
