P=30 = 2(L+W) = 2(W+3 + W) = 2(2W+3) = 4W + 6
4W+6 = 30
4W = 30-6 = 24
W = 24/4 = 6 feet
L=6+3 = 9 feet
A= LW = 9(6) = 54
Area = 54 square feet
