When you go to paint or draw, sometimes you have no idea where to begin. Introductory classes are a great way to start, wouldn't you agree?

You know, classes are an AMAZING place to start- although it can be tedious. It helps you understand the basics, however, I do caution you to always remember what makes you tick. Practicing for me I realized was not just to get better, but in time you will find common threads in your pieces that make them uniquely yours, Don't forget that skills are important but your self-identity and uniqueness are what makes are amazing.

Introductory classes are for sure a great way to start, but you have to make sure that what they teach is easy so that you do not get scared of not reaching your goal. If the goal is too complicated then it might have a negative effect. Also some types of paint are easier to use than other, like acrylics is easier to use than oil paint. Those details make a difference when you are a beginner.
