Choice a and c are the same.
a) y+4=(x-3)^5
use the subtraction property of equality to get y+4-4 = (x-3)^5 - 4
then simplify to y=(x-3)^5 - 4
c) y=(x-3)^5 -4
The shift is from the origin to (h,k) where in this case h is 3 and k is -4.
This is a shift 3 units to the right, and 4 units down.
