what are some nursing interventions for an infant with a UTI?

5 month old female infant presenting to the hospital with a UTI, symptoms include vomiting and diarrhea, as well as inability to keep food or fluids down, lethargy and irritability. Labs point towards UTI. We are provided the medical interventions such as daily weight, establishing an providing bolus and medication. We are asked to say what nursing interventions would be relevant to this case and why? I cannot find a good resource of "nursing interventions" especially for an infant with a UTI who has GI problems. Any information about what some good interventions would is greatly appreciated. Thank you!
