Now wait a minute! Don't ask for the answers to the questions! You will never become competent that way!
When you play a scale each pitch - A B C .. & so on - has an Arabic numeral. Those are the numbers we use all the time - 1 2 3 ... The name of the scale is tone 1. Once you build triads on the scale pitches, the numbers switch to Roman numerals. Capital numerals are Major chords, lowercase numerals are minor and if there is a little circle after the number, that is a diminished chord. Therefore, if your pattern is I vi ii V vi. Then you will build chords based on pitches 1 6 2 5 6. Simple enough! Keyboards are a great help to figure it out. One more step, you need to know the accidentals for the key you are in. If you were in say the key of G Major, then you would need to sharp every F in your chords.
I'm assuming you are in F Major as you did not specify minor. You also did not say whether you wanted the basic chord progression that's easy to write or a common tone chord progression that makes it easy to play. Each of these requires more answers, so if you need them, just write in again.
