If your check "bounces," that means there wasn't enough money in your account to pay the check.

It's about financial and I'm trying to figure out the question because it is true or false

Yes that's true. If you write a check and it bounces you do not have enough money in your account. The same is true if you try to deposit a check and the other person doesn't have enough in their account. The check will bounce there as well.
