P(B/A) = P(A&B)/P(A) = .25/.7 = 25/70 = 5/14 = 0.357
A and B are not independent. If they were, the intersection probability would be 0.28. It's only 0.25
If independent, the intersection probability would equal P(A)P(B) = .7 x .4 = .28
