Tutors not responding to messages

I am losing confidence in this site ability to connect me w/ a tutor. Initially, the site would not post my messages. It required a help agent to manually send the messages for me. Thereafter, the messaged tutors have not responded to me so I am not sure if the tutors received the messages or they are no longer tutoring on this site. One tutor status has not changed from active since 4 PM yesterday. Are the tutors John H. & Jeffery H. still tutoring on this platform?

I'm having the same issue, I have a good standing with my tutor and I'm messaging her but she's not responding.
