Juvenile Aftercare Programs, now commonly referred to as Juvenile Reentry Programs, are designed to help juvenile offenders who were removed from their homes reenter into their community. They are incredibly important for juveniles to blend back into society despite their wrongdoings. They also reduce recidivism rates, that is, the likelihood that an offender will commit another crime.
