Use a graphing calculator or a graphing utility (like Desmos) to graph the function r(x)=x^3−2x^2−15x+3. Use the graph to respond to the following:

(a) State the interval(s) for which r is increasing. If needed, round values to two decimal places

(b) Estimate the relative minimum and relative maximum point. Round coordinates to two decimal places, if needed.
