f'(x) = 1/(x-1)

slope M = f'(-5) = 1/(-5-1) = -1/6

B = y - mx

= ln 6 - (-1/6)(-5)

= ln 6+ 5/6

y = (-1/6) x + (ln 6 + 5/6)
