The key to answering this question is to compare using the limit of a ratio. For example. if I take the limit of e3x/ex as x goes to infinity, you would use exponent rules to subtract the exponents to get the limit of e2x as x goes to infinity. This would result in infinity. If they grow at the same rate, the limit should equal a number that is larger than 0 but less than infinity. Check the limit ratios for the other 3. Only one of those options will result in a constant larger than zero which is what you are looking for.
