The conversion ratio to convert from radians to degrees is:
360/(2π) = 180/π in degrees/radians
Therefore (-5.5)(180/π) = -315.1 if going clockwise around a circle.
This is the same as (360-315.1) = +44.9 going counter clockwise around a circle.
