360/(2π) = 180/π in degrees/radians

Therefore (-5.5)(180/π) = -315.1 if going clockwise around a circle.

This is the same as (360-315.1) = +44.9 going counter clockwise around a circle.

There are 180° in π radians so you convert like this:

So (-5.5 radians)•(180°/π) = -315.1°

Note that this is the same angle as 44.9° (going CW, which is the negative direction, by 315.1° is the same location as going CCW, which is the positive direction, by 44.9°)
