y = a(x-h)^2+k
Next look at the values for a, h, and k.
a = 1/10
h = 0
k = 10
a is the strench or compression of the graph. A value 0 < x < 1 is a compression.
h is the axis of symmetry, in this case the axis of symmetry is the y-axis.
k is the horizontal shift. A (+) value moves the graph up, that many units.
The graph is shifted up 10 units and vertical compressed by 1/10.
