So let first number be X and the second number (X-11)

The product X * (X - 11) is quadratic parabola. You may verify if by using graphic calculator - the lowest point is at a vertex, which is half-way between 0 and 11

So X=5.5

2nd number is (X-11) = -5.5

Product is 5.5 * (-5.5) = -30.25
