The standard form of a circle that is centered at point (h, k) with a radius of "r" is (x - h)2 + (y - k)2 = r2 so all you need to do is plug in the values of "h", "k", and "r" to get the answer.
When you square "r", don't forget to square both the numerator and the denominator.
