x(θ) = sin(3θ) therefore dx/dθ = 3cos(3θ)
y(θ) = cos(θ) therefore dy/dθ = -sin(θ)
so dy/dx = (dy/dθ)/(dx/dθ) = - sin(θ)/(3cos(3θ))
Unfortunately, I can't figure out what the point in question is, from the infor given...
