If at 1968 time t = 0, then poulation growth model looking like this N = N0ert, N0 = 400, if t = 1990 - 1968 = 22;
N = 5000. Then we have equation for r: 5000 = 400e22r; 5000/400 = e22r; 22r = ln12.5; r = ln12.5/22 = .1148.
So N = 400e.1148t. In 2020 t = 2020 - 1968 = 52
So in 2020 we have N = 400e.1148·52= 156540
