MS Outlook problems

I use Office 365, and I have had many problems with Outlook email and contact functions. Most immediate is unable to send email to one contact. As soon as I put that contact into the TO field, It won't do anything else. No way to send.

This may sound basic, but have you checked the syntax of your email recipient's address? Another issue may be that there is either a space or hidden character before or after the email address on your contact card. A third scenario may be that your contact card is corrupt and needs to be rebuilt.

Sounds like that name/address is not formatted properly or not previously defined. As you start to type the name/email address, it should auto complete the email address for you. If not then you may have a misspelled name or you previously have not communicated with this person.
