the probability to get a king from a full deck of 52 is 4/52 =1/13

after the king is drawn there are 51 cards in the deck. the probability for drawing a queen is then 4/51

what is the probability of the first card being a king and the second card being a queen?

P_total = P(getting a king in a deck of 52) x P(getting a queen in a deck of 51)
