What is the value of Pr[E]? What is the value of Pr[F']?

For this problem, assume that S = { O1, O2, O3, O4 } and that w1 = 0.07, w2 = 0.29, w3 = 0.18, w4 = 0.46. Let E = { O1 , O2} and F = { O4 , O3}.
