A number is chosen at random from 1 to 10. Find the probability of not selecting a multiple of 2

No. of ways to select a number from 1 to 10 is 10

No. of numbers which are not multiples of 2 are 5 (2,4,6,8,10)

So probability of selecting a number which is not a multiple of 2 is 5/10 which is 0.5

You listed the numbers that ARE multiples of 2, not the numbers that are NOT multiples of 2. It happens to be the same amount of numbers, though.
