With what you have provided, the only probability that can be calculated is theoretical. To calculated experimental, you have to provide data on what was already rolled.
Here is the theoretical calculation:
P(event) = total expected outcome/total number of outcomes
P(6) = 1/6 (one six on the dice/6 sides of the dice)
