Rearrange the equation they gave you so that it looks like y=mx+b. The m will be the slope of the line
point slope form: y-y1=m(x-x1) Plug in the point they gave you for x1 and y1 and the slope for m. That will give you the equation for the line in point-slope form.
General form: 0=Ax+By+C Rearrange the point slope equation you just found to get it in this form. Distribute m and subtract the y's to get everything on the same side.
