When MULTIPLYING fractions you multiply to two numerators together (the top number) and you multiply to the two denominators (the bottom number) and that put them accordingly in your answer.
- Multiply the numerators 9 x 4 = 36
- Multiply the denominators 7 x 5 = 35
- Apply them accordingly 36/35
- Simplify if necessary (36/35 is already simplified since there are no multiples that are similar)
If you have any questions especially on that last step, let me know

Please note that this is for multiplying only. It is different when dealing with addition/subtraction and division04/30/20
