Each of these outcomes would allow the next spin to have 4 possible outcomes.
So the total Sample space, total number of possible outcomes of spinning the spinner 2 times would be 4 x 4, or 16 possible outcomes.
The sample space of spinning the spinner twice would look like: {Red/Red, Red/Blue, Red/Green, Red/Yellow, Blue/Red, Blue/Blue, Blue/Green, Blue/Yellow, Green/Red, Green/Blue, Green/Green, Green/Yellow, Yellow/Red, Yellow/Blue, Yellow/Green and Yellow/Yellow}
