Instructions seem pretty clear. Are you having trouble doing the arithmetic?
For example, the velocity at the beginning of the first time interval is 32 ft/s, so the estimate for the distance traveled during this interval is
(32 ft/s) * (12 s) = 384 ft
For the second time interval the estimate is 28*12 = 336 ft. Just continue the process.
