When you roll two dice there are 6 * 6 = 36 possible outcomes.
You can make a table of sums of the two dice:

2 3 4 5 6 7 8
3 4 5 6 7 8 9
4 5 6 7 8 9 10
5 6 7 8 9 10 11
6 7 8 9 10 11 12
For each of the probabilities you determine how often the specified event occurs out of 36 possibilities.
For example: P(Sum of the two dice is 4).
From the table the event that the sum of the two die is 4 occurs 3 times, so the probability is 3/36 = 1/12.
